Copper-Core Cookware

Copper-Core Cookware collection uses a five-ply construction featuring a copper core sandwiched between two layers of aluminum, which makes for a super fast and even heating. The aluminum layers are in turn interposed between layers of stainless steel. On these pieces, the stainless steel's exterior is broken up by a ribbon of copper adding a stylistic element to the design. The Copper-Core line is compatible with all cooktop types, including induction.

Care

• Only use low to moderate heat settings, unless boiling because overheating can cause brown or blue stains.
• Use 1 to 2 teaspoons of oil or butter with these products. Use of aerosol sprays is not recommended.
• Do not use in broiler or oven above 500 degrees.
• Dishwasher safe, but hand wash recommended after each use.
• Do not use chlorine bleach based cleansers, or any steel based cleansing pads.
